How do I reply, reply all, or forward?

You are reading a thread and want to reply, reply all, or forward.

1. Step 1 — Select a message

   Click a thread in the list so the reader shows the message body.

2. Step 2 — Use reader buttons

   Click Reply, Reply all, or Forward in the reader toolbar.

3. Step 3 — Keyboard

   Ctrl+R reply, Ctrl+Shift+R reply all (when bindings are active in the main window context).
