How do I remove an account safely?

You want to remove a mailbox from this PC only and keep the server mailbox intact.

1. Step 1 — Open context menu

   Right-click the account header in the folder pane.

2. Step 2 — Choose “Remove account…”

   Read the confirmation: local cache and credentials are deleted; the mailbox on the server is not removed.

3. Step 3 — Confirm

   Confirm only if you are sure. You can add the account again later with the same wizard.
