HTML mail won’t display — what should I check?

HTML messages do not render, or the reader tells you WebView2 is missing.

1. Step 1 — Read the in-app message

   If WebView2 is missing, the reader shows an error telling you to install the runtime.

2. Step 2 — Install WebView2

   Download “Evergreen Standalone Installer” from Microsoft’s WebView2 page and install, then restart Neat Mail AI.

3. Step 3 — Retry opening the message

   Select another message and back, or restart the app, then open the HTML message again.
