What does the account right-click menu do?

You need sync now, a connection test, diagnostics output, or to remove the account.

1. Step 1 — Right-click account header

   In the folder pane, right-click the account row.

2. Step 2 — Sync now / Verify

   Sync now forces a refresh. Verify connection checks credentials and network without a full sync.

3. Step 3 — Connection diagnostics

   Opens a diagnostics window with technical detail for troubleshooting.

4. Step 4 — Remove account

   Deletes local data for that mailbox — use with care.
