How do I sign in with Google or Microsoft?

You use Gmail / Google Workspace or Outlook / Microsoft 365 and want browser OAuth instead of storing your webmail password.

  1. Step 1 — Start “Add account”

    Enter your @gmail.com, Google Workspace, @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, or Microsoft 365 address and continue.

  2. Step 2 — Browser sign-in

    When prompted, complete login in the system browser. Approve any consent screens your administrator requires.

  3. Step 3 — Return to the app

    After success, close the browser tab if instructed. The app stores only OAuth tokens (encrypted) for future sync.
