播放时把鼠标移到画面底部，控制栏最右边有一个 …。点开它，能拿到播放器里所有「不常用但必须有」的开关：

During playback, move the mouse to the bottom of the picture: the far right of the control bar has a …. It holds everything that is not used every minute but has to exist:

  • Disc / Media home menu：回到光盘自己的主菜单（DVD 常用）；
  • Audio track: …：切换音轨。多语言 DVD、或者国粤双语的片子，在这里选；
  • Video track: …：切换视频轨（少见，多角度光盘会用到）；
  • Aspect ratio: 4:3 / 16:9：画面比例。人变扁或变长时改这一项；
  • Open video location：在资源管理器中定位当前文件。
  • Disc / Media home menu — back to the disc's own menu (handy on DVDs).
  • Audio track: … — switch audio tracks, for multi-language DVDs or dual-language releases.
  • Video track: … — switch video tracks (rare; multi-angle discs).
  • Aspect ratio: 4:3 / 16:9 — fix a squashed or stretched picture.
  • Open video location — show the current file in Explorer.

2. 字幕2. Subtitles

字幕有两种来源，处理方式不同：

Subtitles come from two places, handled differently:

  1. 文件里自带字幕轨（mkv / mp4 内嵌）：点控制条上的字幕图标，列表里直接选一条；再点一次同一项可以关掉。
  2. 外挂字幕文件：在字幕列表底部选 Add subtitle from file，挑一个 .srt 文件加载。把 .srt 和视频改成同一个文件名、放在同一目录，播放时通常会自动带上。
  1. Burned-in subtitle tracks (embedded in mkv / mp4): click the subtitle icon on the control bar and pick a track. Pick the same entry again to switch subtitles off.
  2. External subtitle files: at the bottom of that list choose Add subtitle from file and pick a .srt. If the .srt shares the video's file name and folder, it is usually picked up automatically.

字幕乱码或对不上：Garbled subtitles or wrong timing: 乱码多半是 .srt 的编码问题（另存为 UTF-8 再试）；时间对不上说明字幕和片源不是同一版本，换一份同名 .srt 即可。 Garbling is usually the .srt encoding — re-save it as UTF-8. Wrong timing means the subtitle belongs to a different release; find the .srt matching your file.

3. 音轨与画面比例常见场景3. Common cases for audio tracks and aspect ratio
