LazPaint is a full-featured image and photo editor with support for layers, drawing tools, filter effects, rendering textures and more. Both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions are included and the correct one automatically used.
Access Violation Bug: Some users may experience a bug where LazPaint causes an access violation on launch. This appears on some Windows machines and is a bug in the base app. You can report your experience and follow along in LazPaint Issue 96. The last version without this issue is LazPaint Portable 6.4.1.
