These Terms govern your use of the Neat Mail AI application.
By downloading, installing, or using Neat Mail AI (“the App”) published by CoolLeGet Inc (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you obtain the App through the Microsoft Store, Microsoft’s standard Store terms may also apply between you and Microsoft in addition to these Terms between you and us.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the App on Windows devices you control, solely for your lawful personal or internal business use, in accordance with any license terms presented at installation or purchase (for example a proprietary license or open-source license if applicable to the build you received).
Neat Mail AI is a desktop email client. It helps you read, compose, organize, and synchronize mail with servers you authorize (for example via IMAP/SMTP or OAuth). Optional features may include AI-assisted tools that send content to endpoints you configure.
We do not provide your underlying mailbox hosting; your email provider remains responsible for service availability, retention, and compliance for data stored on their systems.
Where the App connects to third-party APIs (including optional AI services), your use of those services is governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages, pricing, model behavior, or data handling by those providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CoolLeGet Inc or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions through the Microsoft Store or other channels you use. Updates may be required for security or compatibility. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance of revised terms where we reasonably notify you.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue distribution of the App where we have a reasonable basis to do so (for example legal or security requirements).
Unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CoolLeGet Inc’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
